My Dashboard Training
Every tab, every field, every button — explained clearly so you can work smarter and get credit for everything you do.
Start Here — Your Foundation
Your profile is the dashboard’s source of truth for who you are. Get it right first and everything downstream works correctly — SCA pills, training credit matching, team rollups.
Your Profile Section
The first thing you see is Your Profile. Fill in every field completely — other parts of the system rely on this data being accurate.
| Field | What It Does | Tips |
|---|---|---|
| Full Name | How you appear on team cards, training credit, and shared cases | Use your exact name as it appears in Syncis |
| SCA Code | Your Syncis agent code — appears as a clickable copy pill on production rows so teammates can grab it for submissions instantly | Format: SCA followed by your number (e.g. SCA21667). Find it in your Syncis back office. |
| Code In Date | When you officially coded in with Syncis — feeds recruit timeline and tenure tracking | mm/dd/yyyy format |
| Contact info on your team card and used for system matching | Use the same email as your TeamBPP portal account | |
| Phone / Mobile | Contact info on your team card | Include area code |
Onboarding Checklist
Below your profile is a checklist of key onboarding milestones. Checking each one signals to your upline that you have hit the marker. Complete each item as it happens — not before.
- Profile complete (name, SCA, email)
- New Agent Training watched
- Wealth Analyzer walkthrough completed
- First appointment held
- First case submitted
- First issue-paid policy
Quick Links & Resources
Start Here also gives you fast access to your most-used tools — Syncis back office, training resources, and key team links. If you are looking for something and cannot find it in the navigation, check here first.
Settings — Goals & Commission Level
Settings controls what the dashboard measures you against. Your commission level drives the split math on every production row, and your goals set the targets on every stat card.
Your Commission Level
This is the most important setting. Your level determines the default commission percentage that auto-fills on new production rows and drives the Growth Challenge FD Base calculation.
Monthly Goals
| Goal | What It Controls |
|---|---|
| Initial Appts Goal | The target in the Initial Appts Held stat card and the progress dots (goal is 15 during field training) |
| Monthly Recruit Goal | The “This Month Goal” stat card on the Recruits tab |
| Issue Paid Goal | The “Toward Goal” percentage in the header banner |

100 List — Your Prospecting Foundation
The 100 List is a living document. During training, you build it with your trainer and use it to identify who gets called first. After training, it is how you make sure your pipeline never runs dry.
During Training — How This List Gets Used
When you first start, your trainer sits down with you and goes through every name on your 100 List together. The conversation is about relationship level — how well you know each person, how likely they are to sit down with you, how ready they are to hear what you are building. The right names move to the 25 List from that conversation.
After Training — It Never Goes Away
The 100 List does not disappear after field training. It becomes your permanent prospecting tool — tracking everyone you meet, stay in contact with, and plan to reach out to. Every time a name moves to the 25 List, replace it. Every referral from every appointment goes here. An agent with a full 100 List never has to cold prospect.
The Stat Cards
| Card | What It Counts |
|---|---|
| Total Prospects | Every person currently on your list |
| High Indicators (5+) | Prospects with 5 or more Life Indicators checked — your highest-priority contacts |
| Entrepreneurs | Prospects with the Entrep indicator checked — strong recruit candidates |
Life Indicators — Reading Your Prospect
The checkboxes to the right of each name are Life Indicators — signals that a prospect is likely to be receptive to what you offer. The TOTAL column adds them up automatically. More indicators = higher priority prospect.
| Indicator | Meaning | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| 25+ | 25 years or older | Old enough to have real financial decisions to make |
| Mar | Married | More financial complexity — life insurance, family planning, dual income |
| Child | Children or dependents | Protection need is real and immediate |
| HO | Home Owner | Asset to protect — mortgage protection interest is natural |
| 50K+ | Income $50,000/yr or more | Has money to allocate toward protection and building |
| Amb | Ambitious | Open to opportunity — possible recruit as well as client |
| Dissat | Dissatisfied with job, income, or situation | Motivated to make a change — strong recruit signal |
| Coach | Coachable / Positive Attitude | Will follow a system — important for anyone you are considering as a partner |
| Entrep | Entrepreneur / Business Owner | Already wired for self-direction — strong recruit and referral source |
S.T.E.A.M. — Recruit Profile Indicators
The S.T.E.A.M. columns are specifically about whether someone has the profile of a strong business partner. If you are checking these, you are thinking about this person as a potential recruit, not just a client.
| Letter | Meaning | Why It Matters for Recruiting |
|---|---|---|
| S | Sales background | Comfortable with the business model — shorter ramp time |
| T | Teacher / Educator | Natural communicator — great at explaining to clients |
| E | Enthusiastic | Energy is contagious — important for team culture and appointments |
| A | Ambitious | Wants more and will put in the work when they see the path |
| M | Money Motivated | Commission-driven business is a natural fit |
Additional Fields
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Relationship | How you know this person — Friend, Family, Coworker, Referral. Helps personalize your approach. |
| Market | The market segment this person belongs to |
| Age | Approximate age — relevant for product recommendations |
| 401K | Do they have a 401K? Strong conversation starter about IUL vs. 401K |
| Life Ins? | Do they currently have life insurance? Opens the review conversation. |
| Smoker? | Affects carrier eligibility and premium — important before recommending a product |
| Notes | Anything relevant — referral source, best contact time, specific interest |
Moving Someone to the 25 List
When you and your trainer agree that someone is warm enough to actively pursue, click the → Top 25 button on their row. Their information copies over to the 25 List. They stay on the 100 List — moving them does not remove them.
Top 25 — Your Active Contact List This Week
The 25 List is where your trainer and you decide together who the first 5+ people are to contact this week. Smaller than the 100 List, higher urgency — every name here should have a next action within 7 days.
During Training
After you and your trainer review the 100 List together, the right names move here. Your trainer looks at the 25 List with you and says “these are your first 5 calls this week.” Every person on this list should have a next step — a call scheduled, a message sent, or an appointment booked.
The Goals Behind This List
The 25 List is what gets you to 15 held appointments during field training. Your trainer works through it with you, helps you script your approach for each person, and tracks which names convert to real appointments.
Alongside the 15 presentations, the other field training goal is 3 new partners recruited. Your trainer watches your 25 List for people with strong S.T.E.A.M. indicators — those people get a different conversation: the business opportunity.
After Training
The 25 List becomes your personal weekly priority system. It answers the question “who am I calling this week?” without re-evaluating 100 names every Monday. Move someone here when they are warm enough to contact this week. Move them back to inactive when they go cold.
The → Production Button
When someone has held their initial appointment and you are ready to log the case, use the action button on their row to push them to your Production Tracker. Their name, phone, and email pre-fill on a new production row so you are not retyping what you already have.
Production Tracker — The Core of Your Business
This is your monthly production log. Every appointment, every case, every status update lives here. What you enter here drives every number on your dashboard — your stats, your Growth Challenge, your Level Up progress, and your export reports.
The Header Stats
| Stat Card | What It Counts |
|---|---|
| Initial Appts Held | Rows with Held checked, within the selected period |

| Referrals Collected | Rows with referral names in the referral columns |
| Submitted PTS | Your personal Final PTS on submitted-or-beyond cases |
| Issue Paid PTS | Your personal points on issue-paid cases only |
The SHOW Filter
The filter controls which cases appear in the table AND which totals appear in the stat cards. Everything updates together.

This Month — default view · Last 2 / Last 3 Months — rolling window
All Time — everything ever entered
The Held Checkbox
The Held checkbox on each row tells the dashboard that the initial 1-on-1 appointment actually happened with this person. Only check it after the appointment has taken place — not when it is scheduled.

Team Production — Your Whole Team at a Glance
Team Production shows you what every person in your downline is doing — production, training progress, and pipeline activity — in one tab. This is where you manage the team, not just your own business.
The Growth Challenge Card
Full challenge card: FD Base monthly goal, progress bar, personal vs team split, qualifying months, and team qualifiers grid. Your team’s issue-paid production builds the team number.
You see your nearest FD upline’s team card — the same progress bar, same monthly goals — with your own contribution called out so you know how much of that total is yours.
Team Pipeline Reports
Every case across your team with an Expected Issue Date in the next 7 days — agent, client, carrier, points, days out. Your team-wide carrier follow-up list.
Every overdue follow-up across your team. If a teammate had a follow-up due and has not made the call, it shows here with days overdue.
The Three Sections
Teammates with real production rows. You see their submitted points, issue-paid points, cases in a table, follow-up dates, and status. The Follow Up column turns red when a follow-up is overdue.
NL and Sales Training agents working toward promotion. Training progress bar shows:
13,960 earned · 2,439 pending · need 0/10,000
2/3 policies (+2 pending)
Policy count only moves on issue-paid policies — matching the real Syncis requirement.
Teammates in your tree with no production and no training activity yet. Visible so you can see who to connect with, but out of the active sections so they do not affect your numbers.
Training Credit — How It Reaches Here
When you tag someone as a training agent on your Production Tracker, that credit does not stay locked on your page. The system scans every trainer’s data across the org, finds all rows tagged to each trainee, and builds the combined training total for that person’s card. Multiple trainers add up automatically.
Level Up Tracker — Your Promotion Roadmap
The Level Up Tracker shows you exactly where you stand against your next promotion — points earned, points pending, policies counted, and what you still need. Real time, based on what is in your Production Tracker.
Promotion Requirements
Submitted vs Issue Paid Points
Points on cases you have submitted to the carrier. Your personal share (Final PTS), not the full target. The pipeline number — what is moving.
Points on cases that have issued and been paid. The real number — what counts for your promotion, Growth Challenge total, and commission. Submitted is the pipeline. Issue paid is the result.
Events — Team Calendar
The Events tab is your team’s shared calendar. Team meetings, trainings, client events, and deadlines all live here so everyone knows what is happening and when.
Adding an Event
- Click + Add Event
- Enter name, date, time, and event typeBe specific — “Team Call Tuesday 7pm EST” is better than “Call”

Achievements — Milestones Worth Celebrating
Achievements fire automatically when you hit a milestone. No input needed — if it happened on your tracker, it shows. The announcement ticker at the top of the dashboard makes every win visible to the whole team in real time.

Troubleshooting — When Something Looks Wrong
Most dashboard issues have simple causes. Work through these in order before assuming something is broken — nine times out of ten the answer is here.
My Numbers Look Wrong
- Check the SHOW filterThe most common cause. If you are on “This Week” expecting this month’s numbers, they will not match. Set the filter to the right period.
- Check for missing datesA case with no Issue Paid Date or no Date Submitted cannot be counted in any period. Add the missing date and recheck.
- Verify against Syncis Points ReportSyncis may have adjusted your target values. If the Syncis number differs from what you entered, update your row to match Syncis.
- Check for Chargeback rowsAny row with Chargeback status is removed from Issue Paid totals. If a policy reversed and you changed the status, that is correct behavior.
Training Points Not Showing on Team Production
- Confirm Training Type is setMust be “NL Field Training” or “Sales Training” — not None, not blank
- Confirm Training Agent is from the dropdownA manually typed name will not link to a portal account. Check for the SCA pill — Missing SCA means it is not linked.
- Confirm Target PTS is enteredNo points value means nothing to calculate
- Save and refresh Team ProductionTraining data rolls up after a save. Hit Refresh on the Team Production tab.
- For older rows — do the re-saveChange Training Type to None → save → change back → re-select trainee → save again. This re-links older rows.
SCA Code Shows as Missing
- Check their TeamBPP profileMembers → find person → About → Additional Information → SCA Code. If blank, add it there.
- Reload the dashboardA fresh load pulls updated profile data.
- Add it on the Family TreeRecruits tab → find node → Edit → SCA Code → Save. This works as a fallback.
Shared Case Showing Twice
Dashboard Changes Not Saving
If you see the red “Your changes are NOT being saved” banner, there are three common causes:
- You are in Admin View-As mode — read-only by design. Switch back to your own dashboard.
- Your session expired — log out of TeamBPP and back in, then reload.
- Network issue — refresh the page. If it persists on your own dashboard, contact your site admin.
After Installing an Update — The Right Sequence
- Install the new plugin zip in WordPress
- Purge LiteSpeed cache — Purge All
- Hard-refreshCtrl+Shift+R on desktop. Close tab completely on mobile and reopen.
- Open YOUR dashboard firstThis publishes your team data so everyone downstream can read it.
- Team members open their dashboards

Every tab, every field, every button — explained clearly so you can work smarter and get credit for everything you do.
Start Here — Your Foundation
The Start Here tab is where you set up your identity in the dashboard. Get this right first — everything downstream reads from what you enter here.
Your Profile Section
The first thing you see is Your Profile. This is where the dashboard learns who you are. Fill in every field completely — other parts of the system, including training credit matching and SCA pills on production rows, rely on this data being accurate.
| Field | What It Does | Tips |
|---|---|---|
| Full Name | How you appear everywhere in the dashboard — team cards, training credit, shared cases | Use your full legal name exactly as it appears in Syncis |
| SCA Code | Your Syncis agent code — appears as a clickable pill on every production row so teammates can copy it for submissions | Format: SCA followed by numbers (e.g. SCA21667). Get this from your Syncis back office if you don’t know it. |
| Code In Date | When you officially coded in with Syncis. Feeds your recruit timeline and tenure tracking | Use mm/dd/yyyy format |

Onboarding Checklist
Below your profile is a checklist of key onboarding milestones. These aren’t just for show — completing each one signals to your upline that you’ve hit the marker. Check each item off as you complete it.
- Profile complete (name, SCA, email)
- Watched New Agent Training
- Completed PFC / Wealth Analyzer walkthrough
- First appointment held
- First case submitted
- First issue-paid policy
Quick Links & Resources
Start Here also gives you fast access to the most-used tools — Syncis back office, training resources, and key team links. If you’re looking for something and can’t find it, check here first before hunting through the navigation.
Settings — Goals & Commission
Settings controls what the dashboard measures you against. Get these right and your progress bars, close rates, and commission calculations will all make sense.
Your Commission Level
This is the most important setting in the dashboard. Your commission level determines the default commission percentage that auto-fills on new production rows, and it’s what drives the Growth Challenge tracking, the FD Base calculation, and the commission columns in your Export Report.
Monthly Goals
The goals you set here appear as targets on your production stats and in the header “This Month at a Glance.” They don’t change what counts — they change what you’re measured against.
| Goal | What It Controls |
|---|---|
| Initial Appts Goal | The target in the Initial Appts Held stat card and the progress dots below it (goal is 15 for field training) |
| Monthly Recruit Goal | The “This Month Goal” stat card on the Recruits tab |
| Issue Paid Goal | The “Toward Goal” percentage in the header banner |
How Settings Flows Downstream
Every time you add a new production row, the commission percentage defaults to whatever level you have set here. You can still override it per row — but getting the default right means less editing on every case you enter.
100 List — Your Prospecting Foundation
The 100 List is a living document. During training, it’s where you build your first prospecting list with your trainer. After training, it’s how you always keep a full pipeline — tracking everyone you’ve met and everyone you want to reach.
During Training — How the 100 List Is Used
When you first start, your trainer sits down with you and goes through your entire 100 List together. The conversation is about relationship level — how well do you know this person, how likely are they to sit down with you, how ready are they to hear about what you’re building. From that conversation, the right names move to the 25 List.
After Training — It Never Goes Away
The 100 List doesn’t disappear once you finish field training. It becomes your ongoing prospecting tool — tracking everyone you meet, everyone you’ve stayed in contact with, and everyone you plan to reach out to. Agents who stay active always have a populated 100 List. When your 25 List runs dry, you refill it from here.
The Stat Cards
| Card | What It Counts |
|---|---|
| Total Prospects | Every person on your 100 List |
| High Indicators (5+) | Prospects with 5 or more Life Indicators checked — these are your highest-priority contacts |
| Entrepreneurs | Prospects with the Entrep indicator checked — strong recruit candidates |
Life Indicators — Reading Your Prospect
The checkboxes to the right of each name are Life Indicators — signals that a prospect is likely to be receptive to what you offer. Check every one that applies. The TOTAL column adds them up automatically. More indicators checked = higher priority prospect.
| Indicator | Meaning | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| 25+ | 25 years or older | Old enough to have real financial decisions to make |
| Mar | Married | More financial complexity — life insurance, family planning |
| Child | Has children or dependents | Protection need is real and immediate |
| HO | Home Owner | Asset protection, mortgage protection interest |
| 50K+ | Income $50,000/yr or more | Has disposable income to allocate toward protection and building |
| Amb | Ambitious | Open to opportunity — possible recruit candidate |
| Dissat | Dissatisfied (with job, income, or situation) | Motivated to make a change — strong recruit signal |
| Coach | Coachable / Positive Attitude | Will follow a system — important for team building |
| Entrep | Entrepreneur / Business Owner | Already wired for self-direction — strong recruit and referral source |
S.T.E.A.M. Indicators — Recruit Profile
The S.T.E.A.M. columns are specifically about whether someone has the profile of a strong business partner — not just a client. If you’re checking these, you’re thinking about this person as a potential recruit, not just a prospect.
| Letter | Meaning | Why It Matters for Recruiting |
|---|---|---|
| S | Sales background | Already comfortable with the business model — shorter learning curve |
| T | Teacher / Educator | Natural communicator — great at explaining concepts to clients |
| E | Enthusiastic | Energy is contagious — important for team culture and client appointments |
| A | Ambitious | Wants more — will put in the work when they see the path |
| M | Money Motivated | Commission-driven business is a natural fit |
Additional Fields
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Relationship | How you know this person — Friend, Family, Coworker, Referral, etc. Helps personalize your approach |
| Market | The market segment this person belongs to — feeds your market targeting |
| Age | Their approximate age — relevant for product recommendations |
| 401K | Do they have a 401K? Strong conversation starter about retirement planning and IUL as an alternative |
| Life Ins? | Do they currently have life insurance? If yes — how much and what kind? Opens the review conversation. |
| Smoker? | Affects carrier eligibility and premium — important to know before recommending a product |
| Notes | Anything relevant — “referred by Kyron,” “best time to call evenings,” “interested in the business” |
Moving Someone to the 25 List
When you and your trainer agree that someone is warm enough to actively pursue, click the → Top 25 button on their row. This copies their information over to your Top 25 list. They stay on the 100 List — moving them doesn’t remove them.
Top 25 — Your Active Contact List This Week
The 25 List is where your trainer and you decide together who the first 5+ people are to contact this week. It’s the active layer — smaller, higher urgency, and tied directly to your 15-presentation goal.
How the 25 List Works During Training
After you and your trainer review the 100 List together, the names that make the cut move here. The 25 List becomes your action list for the week. Your trainer will look at this with you and say “these are your first 5 calls.” Every person on this list should have a next action within 7 days — a call scheduled, a message sent, or an appointment booked.
After Training — Still Your Weekly Focus
Once you finish field training, the 25 List becomes your personal priority system. It’s how you answer the question “who am I calling this week?” without having to re-evaluate 100 names every Monday. Move someone here when they’re warm enough to contact this week. Move them back to the 100 List (or archive them) when they’ve gone cold.
The → Production Button
This is the payoff column on the 25 List. When someone has held their initial appointment and you’re ready to log the case, click → Top 25 from the 100 List first (if they aren’t already here), then use the action on their 25 List row to push them to your Production Tracker. Their name, phone, and email pre-fill on a new production row — no retyping.
The 3 New Partners Goal
Alongside the 15 field presentations, the other goal during field training is recruiting 3 new partners. As you work through your 100 List and 25 List, your trainer will be watching for people who have strong S.T.E.A.M. indicators — the ones who could be great partners, not just clients. These people get a different conversation: the business opportunity conversation. Your 25 List is where you track both — people you’re seeing for client appointments AND people you’re approaching about the business.
Production Tracker — The Core of Your Business
This is your monthly production log. Every appointment, every case, every status update lives here. What you enter here drives every number on your dashboard.
The Header Stats
Before you get to the table, a row of stat cards shows you your totals for the selected time period. These update automatically as you enter and change data.
| Stat Card | What It Counts |
|---|---|
| Initial Appts Held | Rows where the Held checkbox is checked, within the selected period |
| Submitted | Cases with a submitted-or-beyond status (Submitted, Approved, Issue Paid, etc.) |
| Issue Paid | Cases where status is Issue Paid — the real money count |
| Follow Ups Set | Rows that have a Follow-up Date entered |
| Referrals Collected | Rows where you’ve entered referral names in the referral columns |
| Submitted PTS | Your personal points (Final PTS) on submitted-or-beyond cases this period |
| Issue Paid PTS | Your personal points on issue-paid cases only |
The SHOW Filter
The filter at the top controls which cases show in the table AND which totals appear in the stat cards. Everything updates together when you change the period.
Today — only cases with activity today
This Week — current calendar week
This Month — default view, current calendar month
Last 2 Months / Last 3 Months — rolling window for trend checking
All Time — everything ever entered
The Held Checkbox
The small checkbox labeled “Held” on each row is how you tell the dashboard that the initial 1-on-1 appointment actually happened with this person. Checking it is what counts toward your Initial Appts Held goal — the most important early-stage metric in your business.
Every Column — What It Is and Why It Matters

Pipeline Status — Complete Guide
The status dropdown controls how each row is counted in your totals. Choose carefully — the wrong status means the wrong numbers.
YMM Scheduled Appointment is booked, hasn’t happened yet
YMM Done Appointment completed, intro done
PFC Scheduled Wealth Analyzer appointment is booked
PFC Done Wealth Analyzer completed with client
Recommendation Product recommendation made, client considering
Application Client is completing the application
Submitted Case submitted to carrier — counts in Submitted total
Approved Carrier approved, waiting to issue
Approved OTAP Approved on the accelerated process
Declined Carrier declined — excluded from all totals
Issue Paid Policy is active and issued — counts in Issue Paid total
Chargeback Previously issued policy that reversed — automatically removed from Issue Paid total and commission
Shared Cases — Shared In / Shared Out
When you split a case with a teammate or appear as someone else’s split partner, the dashboard handles the cross-account sharing automatically.
This is YOUR case that you’ve shared with a teammate. You’re the owner. The case lives on your tracker. Your teammate sees their share on their own tracker automatically — you don’t need to tell them to enter it.
A teammate shared this case WITH you. It appears automatically — you did NOT enter it yourself. Their original entry is the source. Do not add this case manually — it will double the points.
SCA Pills — Never Look Up a Code Again
Once you select a Split Agent or Training Agent from the dropdown, a small pill appears directly below that dropdown showing their SCA code. Click it to copy — ready to paste straight into Syncis.

Issuing This Week
The gold box at the top of your Production Tracker shows any cases where you’ve entered an Expected Issue Date in the next 7 days. This is your carrier follow-up list — these are the cases to call about right now so they land before month-end.
Needs Follow-Up
The red box below Issuing This Week shows cases whose Follow-up Date has arrived or passed. These are clients you said you’d follow up with today or earlier. The box only shows when you actually have overdue follow-ups — it’s a real action list, not a forecast.
Export Report
The Export Report button generates a full printable production report showing every case in the current filter period, with all columns including commission math, training credit, and the new Pending PTS summary at the top. Use this for your own records, for conversations with your upline, or for verifying your Syncis points report.
Recruits & Family Tree — Building Your Team
This tab shows you who you’ve brought into the business and where they sit in your organization. It’s also where recruit data flows automatically — anyone your downline adds shows up here without you doing anything.
The Stat Cards
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Recruits | Everyone in your entire downline — all levels |
| New This Month | People whose Code In Date is this calendar month |
| PFC Completed | Recruits who have completed their Wealth Analyzer walkthrough |
| Licensed | Recruits with License Status set to Licensed |
| Team Submitted PTS | Submitted points from everyone in your downline this month |
| Team Issue Paid PTS | Issue-paid points from everyone in your downline this month |
| This Month Goal | Your monthly recruiting goal from Settings |
The Family Tree Visual
Below the stat cards is your actual family tree — a visual org chart showing who is under whom. Your node is at the top. Each person below you branches out into their own downline. Click any node to see the Edit and Add buttons.
Adding a Recruit
Hit + Add Recruit or click the + Add button on any tree node to add someone to that person’s downline. The form opens as a compact drawer — the tree stays visible behind it.
| Field | What to Enter |
|---|---|
| Pick from community | Select their name from the dropdown — required |
| SCA Code | Their Syncis agent code — shows as pill on production rows that reference them |
| Code In Date | When they officially coded in — required, feeds the New This Month count |
| License Status | Non-Licensed, Licensed, or Exempt |
| PFC Completed | Whether they’ve completed the Wealth Analyzer walkthrough |
| Green Button Date | When they hit the Green Button in Syncis — key milestone |
| License Date | When they passed their exam |
| Notes | Anything relevant to this person’s development |
Editing a Recruit
Click the ✏️ Edit button on any tree node to update their information. Because there’s one canonical record per person, editing from your tree changes the exact same record that Daphne would see on hers. There’s no “whose version is right” — there’s one version, and you’re both looking at it.
Team Production — Your Whole Team at a Glance
Team Production shows you what every person in your downline is doing — production, training progress, and pipeline activity — all in one place.
The Growth Challenge Card
At the top of Team Production is the 2026 Growth Challenge card. What you see here depends on your level.
You see your full challenge card: FD Base monthly goal, progress bar, your personal vs team breakdown, qualifying months, and team qualifiers grid. Your downline’s issue-paid production is what builds the team number — but YOUR personal production is counted separately as “your personal.”
You’re part of the challenge but you’re not running your own. You see your nearest FD upline’s team card — the same progress bar they see, the same monthly goals — with your contribution highlighted so you know how much of that total is yours.
The Three Sections
Scroll past the pipeline reports and you’ll see your team organized into three sections. This separation matters — active producers, trainees, and inactive members each tell a different story and need different conversations.
Teammates with real production rows. You see their submitted points, issue-paid points, and their actual cases in a table. Each row shows the client, carrier, submitted points, issue-paid points, and status. A Follow-up Date column flags overdue follow-ups in red.
NL and Sales Training agents working toward their promotion. They show a training progress bar — not a production card. The bar reads:
13,960 earned · 2,439 pending · need 0/10,000
2/3 policies (+2 pending)
Earned is locked (issue paid). Pending is in the pipeline. The policy count only moves on issue-paid policies, not pending ones — matching the actual Syncis promotion requirement.
Teammates visible in your tree with no production and no training activity yet. They’re shown here so you can see who to connect with, but they don’t affect any active numbers.
The Filter
The SHOW filter at the top of Team Production works the same way as the one on your own Production Tracker — Today, This Week, This Month, Last 2 Months, Last 3 Months, All Time. Changing it updates the per-agent tables and the summary stat cards at the same time.
Training Credit — How It Gets Here
When you tag someone as a training agent on your own Production Tracker, that credit doesn’t stay locked on your page. The system scans every trainer’s data across the org, finds all rows tagged to each trainee by name, and builds the training total for that person’s card. This means:
- If both you and Daphne have rows for TeAshaNique, both sets of points add up on her card
- Daphne can see TeAshaNique’s training progress even if you’re the one who entered the rows
- You don’t have to coordinate who enters what — the system combines it all
Level Up Tracker — Your Promotion Roadmap
The Level Up Tracker shows you exactly where you stand in your promotion journey — what you’ve earned, what’s pending, and what you still need to hit your next level.
How Promotion Works at Syncis
Each level has specific requirements you must meet before you can promote. The Level Up Tracker reads your Production Tracker data and tells you exactly where you stand against each one in real time.
What the Tracker Shows
| Section | What You See |
|---|---|
| Current Level | Your level as set in Settings — update this when you promote |
| Points Progress | Your issue-paid points toward the current level goal, with a progress bar |
| Pending Points | Cases that are submitted/approved but not yet issued — shown separately so you can see what’s close |
| Policy Count | How many issue-paid policies you have — the 3-policy requirement for NL promotion specifically |
| Production History | A full table of your cases with their contribution toward promotion |
The Difference Between Submitted and Issue Paid Points
This comes up constantly and causes real confusion. Your Production Tracker shows both — but they mean different things for promotion and for the Growth Challenge.
Points on cases you’ve submitted to the carrier. These are YOUR personal share (Final PTS), not the full target. They count once the case has a submitted-or-beyond status.
Points on cases that have actually issued and been paid. This is the real number — what counts for your promotion, your Growth Challenge total, and your commissions. Submitted is the pipeline. Issue paid is the result.
Events — Team Calendar & Scheduling
The Events tab is your team’s shared calendar. Team meetings, trainings, client events, and deadlines all live here so everyone is on the same page.
Adding an Event
- Click + Add EventOpens the event creation form
- Enter the event name, date, and timeBe specific — “Team Call Tuesday 7pm” is better than “Call”
- Add a description or link if relevantZoom link, agenda, what to bring

Achievements — Milestones Worth Celebrating
The Achievements system automatically recognizes real milestones as they happen and surfaces them in the announcement ticker at the top of the dashboard. No manual input needed — if it happened, it shows.
How Achievements Work
The system monitors your production data and your team’s data in real time. When a milestone is hit, an achievement fires and it appears in the scrolling ticker bar at the very top of the dashboard — visible to the whole team.
Types of Achievements
| Achievement | What Triggers It |
|---|---|
| First Policy | First issue-paid case on your tracker |
| Personal Policies Submitted | Hitting 1, 3, 5, 10+ personal policies submitted milestones |
| Issue Paid Milestone | Crossing point thresholds in issue-paid points |
| TBC Rank | Reaching a Top Builder Club rank level |
| Monthly Achievement | Hitting your monthly goal for the period |
| Level Up | Reaching the next promotion level thresholds |
| FD Readiness | Completing FD readiness rank milestones |
| Recruits | First recruit, recruit count milestones |
| Exam Passed | License exam completion |
| Course Completion | Completing a FluentCommunity course on TeamBPP |
The Announcement Ticker
At the very top of the dashboard, above everything else, is the scrolling ticker. It shows recent achievements from across the team — not just yours. This creates real-time visibility and culture around wins. When you see a teammate’s name in the ticker, that’s a genuine milestone they just hit.
Troubleshooting — When Something Looks Wrong
Most dashboard issues have simple causes. Start here before assuming something is broken.
My Numbers Look Wrong
- Check your SHOW filterThe most common cause. If you’re on “This Week” and expecting this month’s numbers, they won’t match. Set the filter to the right period first.
- Check for missing datesA case with no Issue Paid Date or no Date Submitted can’t be counted in any period — it either falls into the current period by default or gets excluded. Add the missing date and recheck.
- Verify against Syncis Points ReportSyncis may have adjusted your target values. If the Syncis number is different from what you entered, update your row to match what Syncis shows.
- Check for Chargeback rowsAny row with Chargeback status is removed from Issue Paid totals. If a policy reversed and you changed the status, that’s correct — those points are gone.
Training Points Not Showing on Team Production
- Confirm Training Type is setMust be “NL Field Training” or “Sales Training” — not None, not blank
- Confirm Training Agent is from the dropdownA manually typed name won’t link to a portal account. Look for the SCA pill — if it says Missing SCA, it’s not linked.
- Confirm Target PTS is enteredNo points value = nothing to calculate
- Save and refresh Team ProductionTraining data rolls up after a save. Hit Refresh on the Team Production tab to pull the latest.
- For older rows — do the re-saveChange Training Type to None → save → change back to NL Field Training → re-select trainee → save again. This re-links older rows to the current system.
SCA Code Shows as Missing
- Check their TeamBPP profileMembers → find person → About → Additional Information → SCA Code. If blank, they need to add it or an admin can add it.
- Reload the dashboardAfter a profile update, a fresh load pulls the new data.
- Add it on the Family TreeRecruits tab → find their node → Edit → SCA Code field → Save. This works as a fallback even if the profile field isn’t filled in.
Shared Case Shows Twice
- Do NOT delete the ⇣ Shared In rowIf you manually entered a case that also got shared to you, the system auto-hides the duplicate. If you see both, don’t delete the shared one — delete your manual entry instead, or let the system handle it on next refresh.
- The rule: if it’s shared in, don’t log itA ⇣ Shared In case is already on your tracker with your correct share. A second manual entry doubles the points. Trust the badge.
Team Production Showing Me Instead of the Agent I’m Viewing
After Installing an Update — The Right Sequence
- Install the new plugin zip in WordPress
- Purge LiteSpeed cacheIn cPanel or the LiteSpeed plugin — purge all
- Hard-refresh in the browserCtrl+Shift+R on desktop. On mobile, close the tab completely and reopen.
- Open YOUR dashboard firstThis publishes your team data to the server so everyone downstream can read it
- Team members open their dashboardsThey’ll now pull the updated data that you just published
Dashboard Changes Not Saving
If you see the red banner “Your changes are NOT being saved right now,” there are three common causes:
- You’re in Admin View-As mode — when you’re viewing someone else’s dashboard as admin, it’s read-only by design. Your edits won’t save as that person. Switch back to your own dashboard to make changes.
- Your session expired — log out of TeamBPP and log back in, then reload the dashboard
- Network issue — try refreshing the page. If the banner persists after refresh and you’re on your own dashboard, contact your site admin.
